In this article:

Thanksgiving is not a day but a practice. No matter your situation or place in life, make expressions of thankfulness and gratitude daily, even moment by moment. Thanks-giving is an acknowledgement of the true abundance we hold, it is not complacency that we should not dream of and strive for greater. It is in our gratitude that we gain the perspective to better witness all we have and to set a path to nurture and spread our gifts to our families, friends, communities, and world at large.
