“Fear does not prevent death. It prevents life.”- Naguib Mahfouz.
How often do we make decisions (or refrain from making a decision) out of fear? Life coach or not, I do it too. But at this point in my journey, I am trying something different. Is it possible for me to accept fear for what it is, a reaction to a perceived worst case scenario, likely or not, and use it maximize the upside and minimize the opportunities for that which could cause harm or loss.
Instead of bowing to fear, letting fear dictate my life, I am going to jump into my fear, explore its relevance and make decisions aimed at living the life that I want. How about you?
